Callum Miller is an experienced entrepreneur in the sustainability technology sector, having built and scaled a SaaS business that supported hundreds of clients in achieving their ESG goals. Through this work, he observed first-hand how many organisations continued to struggle with managing energy effectively in the context of their net zero commitments and became determined to close that gap. This drive led Callum to join forces with Antonio Ruzzelli, combining their expertise in energy management and climate innovation to create a new generation of software that fully integrates sustainability and energy.

She then moved to Dublin, Ireland, where she worked as a manager for a leading English retail brand before joining an innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) company specialising in analytics for energy efficiency. As Head of Finance and HR for over five years, she contributed to the steep growth of the business across more than 50 countries until its successful acquisition. At Ecolyptus, Elena brings a wealth of experience in people management and SaaS financial growth analysis, specifically applied to sustainability and energy management software.
